A Stallion we consider to be Abraxas Moonstruk's finest son. MC StarStruk came to our attention one evening in May of 1999. Debbie Nowak of Abraxas Arabians called to inform us that an incredible chestnut colt by the very well known Abraxas Moonstruk and out of AK Raqi Zafira, a Raquin RA daughter, was available. Mike and Donna Zimmerman of Melroy Classic Arabians in Bradbury, CA owned Starstruk. We called that evening and arranged to see him the following day. After a 500 mile journey, we arrived in Bradbury. We spent two afternoons with this fifteen month old colt and we knew we couldn't pass him up.
Starstruk is eight
now and an exemplary young stallion. He stands 15.3+ hands high,
barefoot. His attributes include a short back, good slope to the shoulder,
a neck well arched and set, straight legs, round solid hooves, free
flowing movement and a willingness to please. Starstruk is pure in the
strain Dahman and traces in tail female to one of Henry Babson's most beautiful
mares, the illustrious Aana. All his foals have
retained his
type, and size, all his offspring are truly incredible. He deserves to be in the best breeding barn possible. He is broke to ride and can do well in the show ring.
